EPS ve XPS KAR\u015eILA\u015eTIRMASI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ekstrude Polistren\nK\u00f6p\u00fck (XPS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">XPS levha, polistren hammaddesinin ekstr\u00fczyonla levha halinde \u00e7ekilmesiyle \u00fcretilen bir \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesidir. \u00dcretim tekni\u011fi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kapal\u0131 g\u00f6zenekli ve b\u00fcnyesine su almayan bir \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"175\" height=\"189\" src=\"http:\/\/marifetustada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/xps-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-120\" \/><figcaption>XPS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ekspande Polistren\nK\u00f6p\u00fck (EPS)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">EPS, polistren hammaddesinin genle\u015ftirilerek ve kal\u0131planarak blok haline ve blo\u011fun kesilmesi suretiyle levha haline getirilen bir \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m malzemesidir. Ayr\u0131ca levha \u015feklinde kal\u0131p i\u00e7inde genle\u015ftirilerek de \u00fcretilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"207\" height=\"173\" src=\"http:\/\/marifetustada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/eps-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-121\" \/><figcaption>EPS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EPS VE XPS\nKAR\u015eILA\u015eTIRMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">XPS hammaddesi de EPS gibi\nizolasyonda kullan\u0131lan, polistren bazl\u0131 bir malzemedir. \u00dclkemizde, bu iki\nmalzeme aras\u0131nda se\u00e7im yap\u0131l\u0131rken fiyat ve \u00f6zellikler yeterince\nkar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmadan, kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ne sevk edilmesinden dolay\u0131\naralar\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7abilmektedir. EPS ve XPS\u2019 in ayn\u0131\nyo\u011funluktaki t\u00fcrlerinin \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6zellikleri \u00e7ok yak\u0131nd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Buna kar\u015f\u0131n ayn\u0131 yo\u011funluktaki\nEPS, XPS\u2019 e g\u00f6re daha az maliyetlidir. Buna ek olarak daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluktaki\nmalzemelerin se\u00e7ilebilece\u011fi yerlerde, XPS (belirli bir yo\u011funlu\u011fun alt\u0131nda\n\u00fcretilemedi\u011fi i\u00e7in) kullan\u0131m\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu durumda daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu\nEPS kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile hem gerekli \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r hem de b\u00fcy\u00fck maliyet\navantajlar\u0131 yakalan\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Is\u0131 iletkenli\u011fi: EPS ve CO\u00b2\nk\u00f6p\u00fckl\u00fc XPS\u2019 te hammaddenin havayla temas\u0131ndan sonra, \u0131s\u0131 iletkenli\u011fi az miktarda\nartar ve havan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131 iletkenli\u011fini ge\u00e7er. HFCKW veya HFKW gazlar\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131\nsayesinde de daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u0131s\u0131 iletkenlik elde edilebilir. B\u00f6ylece EPS ve XPS\naras\u0131ndaki fark kapat\u0131labilir. Bunun yan\u0131nda XPS \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitli\ngazlar ekolojik a\u00e7\u0131dan zararl\u0131 olup iki etkisi olan ozon t\u00fcketme ve sera\netkisinden s\u00f6z edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Sera etkisi yaratan gazlar\u0131n\nba\u015f\u0131nda CO\u00b2\ngelir. CO\u00b2\nnin g\u00f6receli de\u011feri \u00f6rne\u011fin XPS\u2019 in \u00fcretiminde FCKW12 gaz\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131\ndurumunda, bu gaz CO\u00b2 den 7300 kez daha y\u00fcksek sera etkisine sahiptir. EPS\n\u00fcretiminde sadece pentan gaz\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r, bu gaz\u0131n da ozon tabakas\u0131na hi\u00e7bir\nzarar\u0131 bulunmamakta ve sera etkisi yaratmamaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca, EPS yap\u0131sal olarak XPS\u2019 e\noranla daha fazla esnekli\u011fe sahip bir malzemedir. Bu esneklik, \u00f6zellikle d\u0131\u015f\ncephelerde, d\u00fc\u015feyde \u00e7ok daha do\u011fru bir malzeme olarak \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. XPS\n\u00fcr\u00fcnleri daha \u00e7ok yatayda, teraslarda fayans alt\u0131na veya temel yal\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131nda\n\u00f6nerilen bir malzemedir. EPS ise d\u00fc\u015feyde yani d\u0131\u015f cephelerde mantolama\nuygulamalar\u0131nda \u00f6nerilen malzeme konumundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">XPS\u2019 in EPS\u2019 ye oranla daha az nefes alan bir malzeme oldu\u011fu da a\u015fikard\u0131r. Bu nedenledir ki mantolama uygulamalar\u0131nda d\u0131\u015f cepheye uygulanan sistemin nefes alma kabiliyetinin olma zorunlulu\u011fu da bu uygulamalarda EPS yi g\u00fcndeme getirmektedir.
